The double file restarts have made the Sprint Cup interesting again.


Rain even allows for first wins.


I don't think it's a non athletic sport with the whole team doing daily weight room training. Most of the guys are in excellent shape.

but nascar is really patting itself on the bck way too much with their dbl file restarts.

I'd take a  Cup team over a drugged out football team any day!

No more rained -out qualifying either.  They have plenty of time during a typical race weekend to set the field.

A-venter thinks that Mr. Hankey watched the weekend of 25 years of Hendrix on ABC and ESPN and has threw up his hands in disgust.

That and the fact that his boy Kyle had the flu and missed most of both Busch and Sprint Cup. But the 18 car does look kinda neat in the KRUMBLE mode.

That we saw a lot of this weekend.

you know, Mr. Hankey diddent even see the races realy.
I seen Denny crash the 18 for Kyle  at the end on the internet. they should have put some kid in there nd told him just stay on the lead lap, we don't expect you to finish up front. then put denny hamlin in because it was the best chance for the team to win. because his fighting hard for a win with nothing to loose cost Kyle half his points lead over Edwords.
BTY I think that says alot about Kyle to give up that ride because he diddent think he could do well enough for his team, and he was in the lead at the time.
the cup race I only seen the last 26 laps. nice crashes and all. but my guy diddent make the chase, and can'tr seem to do worth a shit anymore in the cup cars so realy I lost alot of intrest this last half of the season. I like Jimmy J well enough but god damn ill puke if I have to see him run away with another championship.
Nascar keeps looking hard at the 48 and 5.

unfortanatly I think the 5 is due for a bad race.
look for Taladaga to change this chase or its another yawner between the 48 and 5.

I admit to pulling hard for Montoya. He will get one b4 the season is over.

Denny is not my choice of non agressive drivers for the 18 Busch Car. Your right about that. Then on Sunday he WRecked himself and several others, WHILE LEADING!

well now Edwords is within one DNF for kyle to make the championship and lets face it. Kyle under presher at the end of the season spells out alot of wrecked #18 cars.  :(

don't blame denny thought. they put him in that car to win. not finish well for Kyle.
its just that was the wrong disision for them to make. if Gibs looses this championship its their fault.
