users, because it is no fair that they should pay when they don't have money. And,it would not be "fair" to have them skip Christmas gifting just because they can't pay. Obama is all about "fair."

anyone want to blow off work and go christmass shopping with Mr. Hankey the Damn Yankee? Mr. Hankey will be armed so not to worry about the crowded shops.
