If the AIM cuts its dies with ATZ and "pulls the plug" what does that mean for this forum? After all if the Cocklebur was the AIM baby, which evolved into ATZ, then Hankey's is the great-grandchild. So what would it mean about about this site continuing on?-nomadron
Hankey has his own deal with Laflora. Last time I spoke with him he confirmed that Hankey Way is not affiliated with AIM. That is not for any reason other than it isn't necessary for either entity. You know, Hankey is his man, persona, image, whatever. I sometimes wonder if he really is a Yankee? He loves to play games with our blog heads.

I'd plead my case with those ATZ dolts, but for what? I know how much I upset the apple carts, and thats all part of a forum and blog. You know first-hand how folks like "us" have our opinions and ain't 'fraid to put it out there. You got sent to the shed I remember. By not fitting the mold of "yes-man" and playing well with smothers ( not a typo) your pal JD felt it necessary to send us to your "plan B" alternative with the other four ( OMG another foul four...) so we were allowed to have an opinion. Just as they booted Spider, Rino and VOR for posting truisms, I find it funny how freedom of expression & speech has become another inalienable right we no longer possess. What was funniest was how JD said no slanderistic statements, yet joins in with derrogatory commentary about Blagojevic, Cunningham and community members. Guess having your "moderator" badge makes it all fine and dandy.
The reality is those guys don't have anything to say. Made it easy to put things out there for them to attack, just like Rick Driver does with anything which don't fit the right wing philosophy. Lay a bone in the yard, and the pack fights over it. Simple to understand why they don't do blog lunches either anymore. Hard to face those smile-to-your-face-while-talking-smak-about-you groups in person without check for the knife in your back.
(sigh...) Okay Hankey, with hat in hand I return to the origional scene of the crime. If I scream bloody murder, or get Jessie Jackson to help out, Can I come in & play with you and my former adversaries/allies? At least till I return to ATZ and get permanently kicked out for what I plan to post..... Unless you have to get a concensus from the forum first.
